Authentic Babylonian ServicesOn Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur, the Midrash kept its pledge to its supporters and held services at the Inn at Great Neck. They were in accordance with the authentic Babylonian tradition and inspired the congregation. We had no way of anticipating the interest and success that these services would generate. Our thanks to the Inn, who at the last minute scrambled to provide additional space. We are as excited as the area residents about the imminent opening of a second Midrash BEN ISH HAI in Great Neck, and the planned transfer there of the Midrash High School. |
